Vendor Booth Application - Single Booth WITH POWER

Vendors are invited to secure your space at the Radford Community Fest by purchasing a 12X12 booth spot for only $52. There are 128 available spots. Vendors may bring their own tents, tables, and chairs to build the 12 foot by 12 foot space. Vendors are welcome to set up beginning at 8:30am and must be in place by 10:30am. Take down will begin at 6:00pm and should be concluded by 7:00pm.

There is a $50 fee for electricity. Paying the fee for power DOES NOT mean electricity is guaranteed at your site. Each vendor is limited to 300 watts of power. Vendors requiring electricity must provide their own electrical cords of sufficient length and with approved cord protectors. Placement of cords shall be in compliance with Fire Department requirements.

Applications will be reviewed weekly. The intention is to maintain a wide array of vendors to limit sales competition and offer visitors a range of experiences and products. Confirmation or denial will be communicated within 10 days of application and sent via email. Denial will result in a full refund.
