The second Radford Community Fest will take place August 23, 2025 from 11:00am to 7:00pm. This street festival will take place on main street between Tyler Avenue and Third Avenue. Students, families, community members, and visitors are invited to join us for a day of live music, entertainment, vendors, food trucks, a kids zone play area, and a beer garden. Traffic will be redirected during this time. Radford Community Fest is free to attend! Food, drinks, and crafts are available for purchase.

 

Vendors are invited to secure your space at the Radford Community Fest by purchasing a 10X10 booth spot for only $52 or a double booth spot for $104. There are 160 available spots. Vendors may bring their own tents, tables, and chairs to build the 10 foot by 10 foot space. Power is available for an extra fee. Vendors are welcome to set up beginning at 8:30am and must be in place by 10:30am. Take down will begin at 7:00pm and should be concluded by 8:00pm.

 

The Radford Community Fest is proudly co-hosted by the City of Radford and Radford University.

Vendor Booth Registration - Single Booth

Vendors are invited to secure your space at the Radford Community Fest by purchasing a 10X10 booth spot for only $52. There are 128 available spots. Vendors may bring their own tents, tables, and chairs to build the 10 foot by 10 foot space. Power is available for an extra fee. Vendors are welcome to set up beginning at 8:30am and must be in place by 10:30am. Take down will begin at 7:00pm and should be concluded by 8:00pm.

Limit of one Booth purchase per customer.

Vendors may bring their own tents, tables, and chairs to build the 10 foot by 20 foot space. Power is available for an extra fee. Vendors are welcome to set up beginning at 8:30am and must be in place by 10:30am. Take down will begin at 7:00pm and should be concluded by 8:00pm.

Limit of one Booth purchase per customer.
