East Main St, Radford, VA
The third annual Radford Community Fest will take place August 22, 2026 from 11:00am to 6:00pm. This street festival will take place on main street between Tyler Avenue and Third Avenue. Community members, students, families and visitors are invited to join us for a day of live music, entertainment, vendors, food trucks, and a kids' zone play area. Traffic on East Main Street will be redirected during this time. Radford Community Fest is free to attend! Food, drinks, and crafts are available for purchase.
Vendors are invited to secure your space at the Radford Community Fest by purchasing a 12X12 booth spot for only $52. There are 160 available spots. Vendors may bring their own tents, tables, and chairs to build the space. Limited power is available for an extra fee. Vendors are welcome to set up beginning at 8:30am and must be in place by 10:30am. Take down will begin at 6:00pm and should be concluded by 7:00pm.

Vendor Booth Application- Single Booth
Single booth with power will need to be purchased separately.
Applications will be reviewed weekly. The intention is to maintain a wide array of vendors to limit sales competition and offer visitors a range of experiences and products. Confirmation or denial will be communicated within 10 days of application and sent via email. Denial will result in a full refund.
Vendor Booth Application - Single Booth WITH POWER
There is a $50 fee for electricity. Paying the fee for power DOES NOT mean electricity is guaranteed at your site. Each vendor is limited to 300 watts of power. Vendors requiring electricity must provide their own electrical cords of sufficient length and with approved cord protectors. Placement of cords shall be in compliance with Fire Department requirements.
